1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of the CHE website and related online services. They form a legally binding agreement between you and CHE Health and Wellbeing Ltd (registered in England and Wales, No. 10722903, registered office: 4th Floor, 100 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5JD).

1.2 By accessing and using our website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1.3 You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website. By using the website you confirm that you are aged 18 or over.

1.4 Our website uses cookies. By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies as set out in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

3.1 You may: (a) view and print pages for personal use; (b) cache pages in a web browser; (c) stream audio and video content; (d) use our website services via a web browser.

3.2 You must not: (a) use the website in any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent manner; (b) transmit any malicious code; (c) conduct automated data collection (scraping, harvesting) without written consent; (d) use data from the website for any direct marketing activity.

3.3 You must ensure all information you provide to us through the website is true, accurate, current and complete.

4. Accounts

4.1 You may register for an account by completing the registration form and verifying your email address.

4.2 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. You must not share your account with or use another person’s account.

5. Course Enrolment & Consumer Rights

5.1 When you apply for a CHE course, you enter into a Student Agreement with us. That agreement, together with our course-specific terms, governs the enrolment, fees, cancellation and refund terms that apply to your studies.

5.2 Consumer contracts: where the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, you may have a right to cancel a distance or off-premises contract within 14 days of conclusion. You expressly acknowledge that where teaching commences within this 14-day period and you have requested immediate commencement, your right to cancel may be reduced. Full details are provided in your Student Agreement.

5.3 Consumer Rights Act 2015: all services provided to consumers will be delivered with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

6.1 We do not warrant the completeness, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the information on our website. The website is provided ‘as is’ and may be altered, suspended or discontinued at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim; or (b) £500.

7.3 We will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

8. Breaches

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account, restrict your access to the website, and/or pursue legal remedies.

9. Amendments

We may revise these terms at any time. Revised terms will be published on our website. If you have expressly agreed to these terms, we will seek your agreement to any material revision; if you do not agree, your account may be closed.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any Student Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website.
