How the CHE Homeopathy Clinic uses your information
This notice explains how we use your information if you are a patient of the online CHE Homeopathy Clinic. The clinic sees adults aged 18 and over only. Please read it with the Clinic Terms. For anything else about CHE, see our Privacy and Cookie Policy. This notice applies instead of that policy where the two differ.
The CHE Homeopathy Clinic is run by CHE Health & Wellbeing Limited (company number 10722903), 4th Floor, 100 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5JD, which is the controller of your information and is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under registration number ZB035578.

Your consultation is carried out by a trainee homeopath, observed live by a clinician and other students, so that students learn safely under supervision.
Consultations are recorded so clinicians can review and support the trainee homeopath.
Observation and recording are conditions of using the clinic, because it is a supervised training clinic. If you do not want either, we will signpost you elsewhere.
Only if you tick the separate teaching opt-in do we use your case or recording in teaching or our professional case library. Cases are anonymised under our written standard, and identifiable clips are used only with your specific agreement.
In an emergency, we share only the information needed to protect life.
Your trainee homeopath, clinicians and any students observing, all bound by confidentiality agreements, and a small number of CHE staff who run the clinic.

Records are kept only in restricted, access-controlled folders. Every consultation uses a Zoom passcode or waiting room, and recordings are never downloaded to personal devices.
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before you withdrew. You can withdraw teaching consent at any time and keep your consultations. If you withdraw consent to observation or recording, we cannot continue your consultations and will signpost you elsewhere.
