1. Who We Are

  • 1.1 The CHE Homeopathy Clinic is provided by CHE Health & Wellbeing Limited (“CHE”, “we” and “us”), registered in England and Wales under company number 10722903, registered office 4th Floor, 100 Fenchurch Street, London EC3M 5JD. We trade as the Centre for Homeopathic Education.
  • 1.2 For clinic bookings, email [email protected]. For anything else, email [email protected] or call 020 3405 4580.

2. What The Clinic Is

2.1 The clinic is a low-cost, supervised clinic that forms part of CHE clinical training. Your consultation is carried out by a trainee homeopath working under experienced, qualified homeopaths (“clinicians”).

2.2 Homeopathy is not a substitute for conventional medical care. Please read our Disclaimer.

2.3 These terms cover the online CHE Homeopathy Clinic only.

3. Who Can Use The Clinic

3.1 The clinic sees adults aged 18 and over only. We cannot book anyone under 18.

3.2 Every new patient completes a screening form. Depending on your answers, or if you ask, we will invite you to a 20-minute call before you book. After that call we will either send you a booking link or signpost you to other support.

4. Not An Emergency Service

4.1 The clinic does not provide urgent or emergency care. If you are unwell, contact your GP. For urgent help call NHS 111. In an emergency call 999.

5. What You Receive

5.1 Your first appointment is a 60-minute online consultation by Zoom. All appointments are online.

5.2 A clinician reviews your case before any treatment plan is finalised.

5.3 Follow-up consultations take place monthly to monitor progress and adjust treatment if needed.

6. Fee And Consent

6.1 The fee is £25 per consultation, paid through our online checkout.

6.2 Your fee and your signed Patient Consent Statement must reach us at least 7 days before your appointment. If either is missing at that point, we will release your slot to our standby list and tell you. For a short-notice slot from our standby list, both are due when you book.

7. Cancelling Or Changing An Appointment

7.1 If you cancel at least 7 days before your appointment, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to another date.

7.2 If you cancel less than 7 days before your appointment, we will transfer your fee to another date only if we refill your slot. If we cannot refill it, you lose the fee.

7.3 If you miss your appointment without telling us, you lose the fee.

7.4 If we cancel your appointment, you can choose a full refund or a free transfer to another date.

7.5 When you book online you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Booking an appointment within those 14 days is asking us to start. No refund is due for a consultation that has already taken place. Clauses 7.2 and 7.3 do not reduce this right.

7.6 To cancel or change an appointment, email [email protected].

8. Prescriptions

8.1 We release your prescription only once we have received your fee.

8.2 We send your prescription to Helios or through PS11. Your £25 fee covers the consultation only. You pay the supplier directly for your remedies.

9. Observation And Recording

9.1 Your consultation is observed and recorded so that your trainee homeopath can learn safely under supervision. Observation and recording are conditions of using the clinic. If you do not want either, we will signpost you elsewhere. The Patient Consent Statement explains what you are agreeing to, and the Clinic Privacy Notice explains how we use your information and how long we keep it.

10. Ending Your Care

10.1 We may stop offering you appointments if the clinic is not suitable for you, if it is not safe to continue, or if the Code of Conduct in Schedule 1 is broken. If we do, we will tell you why, signpost you to other support, and refund any fee for an appointment that has not taken place, unless section 7 means you have lost it.

10.2 You can stop attending at any time.

11. Your Rights And Our Liability

11.1 We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

11.2 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

12. Complaints And Disputes

12.1 If you are unhappy with the clinic, please tell us under our Complaints Policy.

12.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

  • E3 To report a concern, email [email protected]. For a safeguarding concern, email [email protected]. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
