Insomnia is a common condition that affects millions of people around the world. It can be hard to fall asleep and stay asleep once you eventually nod off. It can also be difficult to fall asleep if you have woken back up.

If you’re struggling with insomnia, there are several things you can do to help improve your sleep. Simple lifestyle changes, such as avoiding caffeine and establishing a regular sleep schedule, can make a big difference. Try a cup of chamomile tea before bed and a sleepy time pillow spray to help you relax.

There is lots of mental activity and over-excitement. Thoughts rush into your mind from everywhere. You just can’t stop thinking. All of your senses feel heightened and acutely sensitive. You hear every little sound. Coffea is also an excellent remedy for sleeplessness from excessive coffee or wine intake.
Your mind and nervous system are weak from excessive mental exertion. You are working too hard and not taking enough time for rest. This is nervous insomnia from an overthinking mind concerned with worries or business troubles. What little sleep you have is restless and can include sleepwalking or night terrors. A few short naps during the day help you to feel better.
As you can see, there are so many different reasons you struggle to sleep. While there is no one size fits all solution for insomnia, you have a wide range of homeopathic remedies to choose from. On top of that, small lifestyle changes and addressing the root cause of what is keeping you up at night can have you back to sleeping soundly in no time.
