Bumps and bruises are an inevitable part of life. No matter how careful you are, there’s always a chance that you’ll take a tumble or run into something. While most bumps and bruises are minor and heal quickly, some can be more serious.
Bruises occur when small blood vessels are damaged, causing blood to pool under the skin. For example, this can happen if you fall and hit your arm on a hard surface. The area may look purple or black and feel tender to the touch.
Bumps, on the other hand, are often the result of a collision with a soft surface, like another person or a cupboard door. Bumps can range from mild to seeing stars, depending on the force of the impact.
Whether or not it is a bump or a bruise to our body (or our ego), they help to remind us we are not invincible, and homeopathy is there to support the healing process.
