Thinking Inside and Outside of the Box

A One-Day Workshop

with Miranda Castro, FSHom, CCH, RSHom(NA)

Date: 1st September 2018

Location: The Centre For Homeopathic Education, 12 Bloomsbury Square, London, WC1A 2LP

Price: £70

Thinking like a homeopath demands a level of commitment and skill that can be mind-boggling at times. And deeply rewarding when our efforts are successful. Sometimes we have to stick with the box and sometimes we have to jump right out of it in order to perceive what needs to be healed.

Thinking inside and outside of the box demands of us to be medical detective, barrister and therapist, as well as scientist and artist! Miranda will explore each of these ‘hats’ through some challenging cases that will inspire you to think rigorously and creatively with your own patients.

It can seem like a magic trick when a clever teacher plucks a small or virtually unknown remedy from the ether – from a case packed with history and details and symptoms. It should be a reproducible procedure. We should all be able to do it – more or less!

During This One-Day Seminar You Will Learn

– Case taking techniques to improve the quality of information you gather.

– Case analysis techniques to distinguish the ‘wheat from the chaff”

– A method for threshing the mass of data culled during a first consultation

– Remedy differentiation techniques

This will be a practical, interactive day packed with information, inspiration, challenging cases and fun. Bring your books and your brains!
